The well-known Daiwa Tournament 8 Braid has been further optimized and is now known as the Daiwa Tournament X8 Braid EVO+ Chartreuse. In particular, the surface coating has been improved with a larger amount of silicone, resulting in even less friction during casting, which optimizes casting distance. Furthermore, noise within the rod guides is further reduced. Partly due to this, the Tournament 8 Braid Evo+ is technically one of the best braided lines on the market. The surface of the Evo+ does not split, even with frequent use, and retains its round diameter.
