How can I place an order?
You can easily place an order by adding the desired products to your shopping cart and following the checkout process. Once your payment is received, your order will be processed.
What payment methods do you accept?

Can I change or cancel my order?
As long as your order hasn't shipped yet, we can often still change or cancel it. Please contact our customer service as soon as possible.

What are the shipping costs?
Shipping costs within the Netherlands are €4.95 for

Can I track my order?
Yes, as soon as your order has been shipped, you will receive a track & trace link by email so you can follow the delivery.

Products & Stock
Are all products in stock?
All products available for order are generally in stock. If an item is unavailable, for example, because it has just been sold, we will contact you.
Do sold out products come back?
Yes, many products are regularly restocked.
Returns & Warranty
Can I return my order?
Yes, you have a 14-day return period after receiving your order. Products must be returned unused and in their original packaging. See our returns page for instructions.
How quickly will I get a refund for a return?
Once we have received the product in good condition, we will process the refund within 14 days.
Do I get a warranty on my purchase?
Yes, all our products come with a standard manufacturer's warranty. Smartlures only supplies high-quality products. If the customer is not satisfied, the products can be returned, and the case will be processed. The warranty period varies by brand. It is recommended that you contact our specialists for information about the warranty period.

We aim to respond to emails within 24 hours on our working days from Tuesday to Saturday.
Do you also have a store?
The new Smartlures store is currently being set up, and it's not yet possible to visit the store in person. We'll let you know as soon as the Smartlures store opens. Until then, we sell exclusively online. The Smartlures.nl webshop is open 24/7 for orders, and we ship quickly and reliably. However, it's always helpful to discuss certain products together to make the best choice. We love sharing our predatory fishing experience!

Behind the Fly Supply store in Lelystad, a place is currently being built where passion, craftsmanship, and experience converge. In our new location of over 800 m², we are carefully and patiently building something
Special: a 350 m² predatory fish specialty store , with a warehouse behind it where the webshop comes to life. Here, we want to not only offer products, but above all, create a place where every visitor feels seen, supported, and inspired.
Smartlures.nl is run by anglers who know the sport inside and out. Lau, Mick, Peter, and the rest of the team are ready to share their experience, offer personalized advice, and help you on your way to your next catch. Customer focus and service are at the heart of our store and webshop, as are the partnerships with the brands we work with. From Fly Supply's experience, we believe you notice the difference when a store is built by people who love being on the water.
A key element of Smartlures is the experience. That's why Mick will have his own workshop in the shop, where you can watch him create his handmade Fishion Lures . These unique, custom-made lures are an essential part of what makes Smartlures special. In the future, you'll not only be able to watch, but also participate in workshops and special theme days. Think of fishing together for perch, pike, zander, or asp—moments where we share experiences, learn, and enjoy the sport.
Our range is filled with a wide selection of top brands from the predator fishing world. You'll find brands like Shimano, Rapala, VMC, Nays, Gator, Toppies, St. Croix, Savage Gear, Berkley, Tenryu, Mustad, Cinnetic, Simms, Gamakatsu, Patriot, Geoff Anderson, Dragon, Patagonia, Yeti, the Fishion Lures from our colleague Mick, Abu Garcia, Megabass, Duo, BKK, SPRO, and AVAA. Everything has been carefully selected to offer every predator angler the best gear, so you can always rely on quality.
Several times a year, Mick will be handcrafting custom Fishion Lures in his workshop. In the coming months, we'll gradually expand with new brands and products, while we continue to build the shop behind the scenes.
The store's grand opening is scheduled for Saturday, May 23rd and Sunday, May 24th, 2026. We look forward to welcoming you this weekend. We're collaborating with prominent anglers and many major brands to kick off the event.
