Cooling-off Period

At Smartlures you have a 14-day cooling-off period. Does the product not meet your expectations or have you changed your mind? You can return a product or order within 14 days.

Refund

• Products must be returned in their original packaging, with labels attached and complete.
• Returned items must be unused, clean, and in a condition suitable for resale as new.
• Gift cards cannot be returned.
• The 14-day cooling-off period starts one day after you have received the product.
• The shipping costs for returning items are at your own expense.
• As a consumer, you bear the risk of damage or loss during transport. Therefore, package the product properly and keep the shipping receipt until you have received confirmation from us.
• The return shipping costs have to be paid by the consumer. In some situations, an exception may apply; this will be communicated to you by one of our staff.
