Daiwa Tatula 300HL

The Daiwa Tatula TWS 300XSL/HL is a left-hand baitcasting reel in size 300, specifically developed for fishing with thick braided line and large, heavy lures. The double stop construction reliably prevents the anti-reverse from turning under heavy loads and cold weather conditions. In short, it's a reliable tool for fishing with large baits for big pike.

The CNC-milled Digigear® gear mechanism is housed in a torsion-resistant Hardbody®-Z Aluminum body. This baitcaster is also equipped with 7 ball bearings and a Magforce®-Z (Air Brake System) magnetic braking system that can be adjusted very lightly, allowing for precise fishing with very light casting weights. The patented Daiwa T-Wing® System solves a long-standing problem of line guide. Thanks to the T-Wing® system, the line can slide freely through the opening without the usual angles during casting, which would create extra resistance. When retrieving, the line will simply slide through the small lower channel, and the line is wound precisely and evenly. The powerful UTD® drag system has impregnated drag washers that are approximately 30 times stronger than normal drag washers. This significantly increases the effective braking power. An additional advantage is the reduced start-up resistance; the brake starts immediately when the set braking force is reached and brakes smoothly and without jolting. The Aluminum star drag features the so-called Click-sound, can be precisely adjusted, and has a drag pressure of 11/13kg. The Daiwa Tatula TWS 300 has a large 110mm aluminum milled handle arm with soft touch grips. This reel is suitable for casting weights up to a whopping 140 grams and can therefore take a beating!
