24 Steez SV TW – the next generation – with Ultimate Casting Design! The 24 Steez SV TW has been optimized in many details to simplify overall operation, especially when casting. The new Ultimate Casting Design focuses entirely on comfort and performance when casting. The Ultimate Casting magnetic brake with SV Boost system ensures longer casting distances and fewer tangles when casting, thanks to a two-stage action of the magnetic inductors. The Ultimate Casting Zero Adjuster has been revised so that it can no longer be adjusted. Due to advances in magnetic brake technology with the SV Boost brake, it is no longer necessary to adjust the spool freewheel via the mechanical brake on these DAIWA reels. All necessary casting settings can only be made via the magnetic brake. For the Ultimate Casting Line Guide, changes have been made to the TWS line guide – by changing the TWS size and angle, less frictional resistance is generated and the casting range is increased. For the extra-light Ultimate Casting spool, the use of G1 duralumin has reduced weight and thus start-up resistance, which improves casting performance. The lightweight reel body is entirely made of magnesium and ensures torsion-resistant housing for the Hyper Drive Digigear inside. Thanks to Hyper Double Support, the axle is guided almost contact-free in the gear by means of ball bearings, ensuring particularly smooth operation with optimized power transmission when retrieving. With this reel, you can simply start and cast however you want. Ideal for casting weights of approx. 5 g – 40 g.
