The Daiwa Prorex PE SV TW is an ultra-light baitcasting reel specifically designed for fishing with thin braided lines (PE). Thanks to its shallow and extremely light SV spool, this reel performs excellently with light lure weights from approximately 4.5 grams.
The innovative SV concept (Stress-Free Versatile) prevents excessive spool acceleration during casting. This significantly reduces backlashes and makes long, controlled casts easier than ever. Just before the lure hits the water, the spool only needs to be lightly braked with the thumb.
