The 26 Tatula P/F combines a multitude of state-of-the-art DAIWA technologies and makes this model one of the best casting and flipping reels currently available. Compared to the regular Tatula models, the P/F series offers a number of technical details specially designed to meet the demands of frequent, fast casts. The 100 mm long crank arm provides optimal leverage to keep the fish out of obstacles. In combination with the non-slip EVA handle knob, it is ideal for easily moving heavy lures and exerting a lot of pressure during the fight. The Magforce Z drag system offers better casting control and longer distances thanks to the reduced action of the magnetic spool compared to the SV boost system, especially for shallow, precise casts. A flat trajectory also generates less noise when the lure hits the surface, which is particularly important when fishing in shallow water under obstacles. The 34 mm aluminum spool also ensures better casting distances with powerful casts and does not run out as quickly as smaller spool diameters.
