This book is about fly fishing, and we let the author, Paul Blokdijk, speak for himself: “Fly fishing is emotion, because what else is it? I don’t fish for my food; for the past ten years, I’ve released every fish I caught. I don’t fish for the achievement; I don’t want to outdo my fishing friends but rather the fish. I don’t fish for necessary physical activity because resting to avoid disturbing the fish and casting with relaxation help to fish better.
