Tarpoon are tough sunglasses designed for sunny conditions on the water. The sporty frame of the glasses has a stylish shape with semi-wide temples that screen the light from the sides. At the bridge of the nose and on the inside of the temples, the frame is coated with rubber, which means that it fits well against the face even in wet and sweaty conditions. Tarpoon is equipped with copper colored Premium eXtreme lenses. This lens has properties that make colors clearer and contrasts sharper so you can more clearly see what’s moving under the surface of the water
Copper-colored lenses enhance contrasts and improve depth vision, making it easier to distinguish fish in a sea-colored environment. We recommend copper colored lenses as they also increase sharpness and protect the eyes so they are less strained. They are also perfectly suited for morning and evening light and make it much easier to see the fish.
The glasses are delivered in a hard casealong with a microfiber cleaning cloth.
Mirror coating
This feature is purely cosmetic and does not affect vision. The only way to tell what color the lens is is to look at it from the outside. A highly reflective mirror coating that makes the wearer’s eyes invisible.
Anti-reflective coating
Anti-reflective coatings, also called AR or anti-glare coatings, improve both the visibility through the lenses and the appearance of the glasses.
In terms of visibility, the advantage of anti-reflective coatings is that they provide a sharper image.
AR prevents the sunlight is reflected into the eyes from the back of the lenses when you have the sun behind you.
Hydrophobic coating
