Our mission with version 7 is to manufacture the strongest version that will do more and last longer under extreme conditions. Among several improvements we have developed the fabric so that the lifetime and the water-repellent effect / waterproofness are dramatically improved. Detailed tailor features and methods have also been added, as for example a higher collar, which can protect you under the extreme weather conditions.
Use:
WS7 is a wading jacket developed especially for coast fishing along Danish coasts – a kind of fishing, which is demanding strong equipment.
Our WS7 jacket 100% waterproof yet breathable will keep you dry even in the heaviest rain and wind.
WS7 is 100% saltwater resistant with a new generation of YKK® AquaGuard® zippers.

Pockets:
There are 9 pockets in WS7.
- 2 ”hand warmer”/incline pockets placed at chest height/ side with magnet closure and drain.
- 2 waterproof spacious box pockets – expandable after content. There is enough space for big boxes like CF-design. Box pockets have an outer fold with magnetic closure protecting for rain and wave splashes.
- 2 front pockets at chest height with YKK® AquaGuard® zippers, taped.
- 1 easy accessible, inner, waterproof napoleon pocket.
- 1 spacious back pocket with drain
- 1 net pocket in the back pocket which is elasticated and can be used for a water bottle or thermos. These pocket is sewn 25 cm higher in the back pocket.
Pockets are waterproof against rain, snow and wave splashes.
But If pockets become submerged in water, water will come in. The same will happen if pockets are not completely zipped, water will eventually penetrate.
No pockets are completely waterproof because of condensation, which is unavoidable, when you are active in the rain or in places with high humidity.
Recommendation: Do not place your not waterproof electronic devices in your waterproof jacket or waterproof pants because of condensation, which can damage your electronic devices. Place your electronic devices in a special waterproof bag designed for this purpose.
You will however stay dry, even if the inside of pockets fills with water.

New collar design is higher and wider and ensures your comfort in all kinds of weather. If needed you can protect your face from heavy rain, wind and wave splashes.
It is one of the best improvements in WS-jacket in many years.
There is a hood with a soft fabric visor, which is following your head movements. Hood and collar are separated and provide good comfort if you are not wearing a hood – ideal using a cap or glasses.
There are one hand adjustable drawcords on the hood edge. This elasticated adjusting system allows you to personalize the fit to exactly your head even if you wear your favorite cap/hat.
The wrist/cuff is lined with a thin layer of ”shark-skin” neoprene. Hypalon closure with molded and patented Velcro® is your guarantee for a tight closure.
Two built in retractor/pin on reel are placed hidden under the front pocket overfold.
Magnet attachment to fit your favorite tool, strength – 1,6 kg.
Fit:
The fit of WS 7 is optimized and adjusted for casting.
More space in the shoulder area and sleeve design enhances freedom of movement for all types of casting movements by fly or spin fishing. You can easily take the jacket on and off and make all kinds of casting movements thanks to the glide lining in sleeves.
Waistline is adjustable and you can accommodate it to clothing under. You can also close it tight, if you are wading in deep areas.
Material/fabric:
The System Fabric™ – a waterproof, breathable and durable material. The System Fabric™ can be used in saltwater environments, is machine washable, which is unique for this type of jackets.
Maintenance:
You should never leave your wet jacket in your car after fishing. Always rinse with freshwater if the jacket has been exposed to saltwater or dirt – so that your jacket can hold many seasons after.
Hang the jacket to dry in a ventilated and dry environment after use. Do not expose the jacket to heat for long periods. Do not leave the jacket on heating/warm pipes or similar places.
