This Partridge Bauer Pike Leader is a nylon coated 49-Strand Stainless Steel wire, Kink resistant and easy to knot. Flexible, sensitive and pliable, with very little memory or stretch. Ideal as a strong tippet or as leader wire for all toothy predator applications like pike etc. Niklaus Bauer also use this leader wire for making his famous articulated flies.
